Course Includes :
Theory of Yoga - Explore the fundamental principles, philosophies, and concepts that form the foundation of yogic practice, including Yoga Anatomy.
YogaM - A structured sequence of yoga āsanas designed by Sri M to promote holistic health, balance, and inner well-being.
Sūkṣma Vyāyāma - A series of subtle yogic exercises that gently activate the joints, muscles, and energy channels, preparing the body and mind for deeper yoga and meditation.
Sūrya Namaskāra - The Sun Salutation, is a dynamic sequence of postures that harmonises breath, movement, and energy to revitalise body and mind.
Prāṇāyāma - The yogic practice of conscious breath regulation that calms the mind, balances energy, and supports overall well-being.
Meditation - The practice of focused awareness that brings clarity, calm, and inner balance.
Daily Living - Integrating yoga into daily living means applying its principles of awareness, balance and discipline to everyday actions for a healthier and more harmonious life.
Session Recordings: Although live participation is recommended to gain the full benefit of the energy, flow, and guidance of each session, video recordings will be provided for participants who are unable to attend live. All sessions will be recorded, and participants will have access to the recordings for 30 days following the programme to facilitate catch-up and ongoing practice.

The 2 week online yoga course was an excellent way to learn the basics of yoga in the comfort of your own home. It has really helped me to create a foundation of my Kriya Yoga practice as the different poses help to strengthen the mind and body. Learning the basic principles from the yoga theory summaries was also very helpful as it helped me to understand the concept of Yoga. Many thanks to the 2 wonderful trainers who were very knowledgeable and helped each student to practice and understand the main aspects of yoga. This short course has definitely enhanced my Kriya yoga practice.
I loved Reena's teaching of the theory, asanas and pranayama. She took a lot of care to make sure we understood everything and were doing the asanas correctly and to offer modifications. I particularly liked her explanations about the chakras and her encouragement to focus on different chakras during the Surya Namaskar.
Daisy is an amazing teacher - very calm, composed and good understanding of the subject. She explains everything very clearly and demonstrated the asanas slowly and clarify if we have any questions.
Reena's knowledge and teaching was very praiseworthy. She always asked if anyone had any questions and her answers were always very helpful.
It must have taken a lot of effort to put together the course and I felt it was just right for a new starter or a refresher. I would like to have regular goup sessions perhaps once a week to help with correct practice and progression.
Daisy was very precise and knowledgeable on each aspect of the course and always willing to listen and answer any questions at each stage. Excellent explanations of both theory and asanas and very kind approach. She welcomed questions. I particularly liked her explanation of how to feel the full yogic breath in the body. Thank you!
For me personally I found getting up in time for the early morning practice and feeling the presence of the other students and the warm attention of Daisy and Reena was really valuable. Although I have practised yoga for some time, I learnt a lot on this course.
