At The Sacred Grove Foundation, we offer Yoga for All, a free, welcoming yoga session open to people of all backgrounds, ages, and levels of experience.
These sessions are designed to introduce the holistic approach of traditional yoga, combining gentle physical practices, breathing techniques, chanting, meditation, and reflections on the Wisdom teachings of Sri M that help bring balance and clarity to daily life.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or already familiar with the practice, these sessions provide a supportive space to relax, learn, and reconnect with yourself.
Our approach is inspired by the teachings of Sri M and the timeless wisdom of the yogic tradition.
Our experienced and dedicated teachers will guide you through practices that include:
🌿 Mindful Movement – Gently flowing Yoga Asana sequences to improve flexibility, strength, and overall physical health. All practices are gentle and adaptable, and participants are encouraged to work within their own comfort level.
🌿 Breathwork & Meditation – Techniques to help calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. Breathing practices are a central part of yoga. In this section we practise simple techniques that help calm the nervous system and improve concentration.
🌿 Sacred Chants– Chanting simple mantras such as Om and Guru Mantra helps calm the mind, steady the breath, and create a peaceful atmosphere for meditation and inner reflection.
🌿 Holistic Well-being – Sessions designed to nurture not just the body, but the mind and spirit for complete well-being. Each session includes a short reflection on yogic wisdom inspired by the teachings of Sri M. This explores how the principles of yoga can be applied in everyday life, helping cultivate awareness, balance, resilience, and inner peace.

Please note that separate registration is required for each session, which takes place once every two weeks.
Any cancellations must be notified through a Whatsapp message to Jay on 07874 831557 atleast 3 days prior to the session.
Your registration will be reviewed, and a confirmation email will be sent once it has been verified. As places are limited, if the session is fully booked you may not receive further communication from us. You are always welcome to register for the next available session.
