Celebrating the
Timeless Wisdom of Yoga
The Sacred Grove Foundation is delighted to honour International Yoga Day — a global celebration of the ancient practice that nurtures holistic well-being across body, mind, and spirit.
On this special day, we invite everyone, regardless of age, background, or experience, to come together in the spirit of unity, and to explore the depth and beauty of Yoga, Pranayama (breathwork), Mantra, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra (deep guided relaxation).
This offering is inspired by the transformative teachings of Sri M, and reflects our Foundation’s core aim: to support holistic well-being through accessible and inclusive spiritual practices.
