During the COVID-19 pandemic, Sri M did not travel to the UK, fully respecting international travel restrictions and public health regulations. However, his commitment to serving humanity remained unwavering, and he continued to reach out to global audiences—including the UK—through a series of free online talks, guided meditations, and virtual satsangs.

    Sri M conducted a widely attended live meditation session aimed at promoting calmness, mental clarity, and inner peace during the early lockdown period.

    Sri M demonstrated gentle postures suitable for all age groups, aimed at improving physical flexibility, reducing stress, and enhancing vitality. These sessions were designed to be practiced at home, without the need for prior experience or equipment.

    Recognizing the central role of breath in regulating emotions and strengthening the immune system, Sri M guided viewers through foundational breathing exercises such as Nāḍi Shuddhi (alternate nostril breathing), Kapalabhāti, and deep abdominal breathing. These techniques were particularly beneficial for enhancing lung capacity and calming anxiety during lockdown periods.
