The Ancient Nath Tradition & Kriya Yoga: Teachings & Daily Practices
The Nath tradition has preserved a practical science of inner transformation for centuries, emphasising direct personal experience, disciplined spiritual practice, breath awareness, meditation, and the exploration of higher states of consciousness. Through the guidance of realised masters, these teachings continue to inspire seekers towards greater clarity, inner tranquillity, compassion, and spiritual growth.
During this immersive three-day workshop, Sri M will explore the philosophy, history, and practical essence of the Nath tradition, making its ancient wisdom accessible and relevant to contemporary life. Drawing upon his spiritual journey and his association with the Himalayan masters, Sri M will explain how authentic yogic teachings and practices can be integrated into daily living.

Narada Bhakti Sutra: Awakening the Heart through Bhakti
Discover the timeless wisdom of the Narada Bhakti Sutra, one of India's most treasured spiritual texts on the path of devotion (Bhakti). Comprising a collection of concise yet profound aphorisms attributed to the sage Narada, the text offers practical guidance on cultivating pure love for the Divine and living a life rooted in compassion, surrender, and inner freedom.
In this inspiring two-day workshop, Sri M will unfold the deeper meaning of the Narada Bhakti Sutra, revealing how the path of devotion extends far beyond emotion or ritual. Through his practical and insightful teachings, participants will explore how true Bhakti transforms the heart, purifies the mind, and naturally leads to wisdom, selfless service, and lasting inner peace.

The Yoga Sutras in the Light of Yoga Sudhakara of Sri Sadasiva Brahmendra
Journey into the timeless wisdom of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras through the illuminating insights of Yoga Sudhakara, the profound commentary of the great yogi and Advaitic sage Sri Sadasiva Brahmendra.
The Yoga Sutras of Maharishi Patanjali remain one of the foundational texts of the yogic tradition, presenting a systematic path towards mastery of the mind, inner stillness, self-awareness, and ultimately the direct experience of one’s true nature.
Over three immersive days, Sri M will guide participants through selected teachings of the Yoga Sutras in the light of Yoga Sudhakara, bringing these ancient principles into a language that is practical, accessible, and relevant to contemporary life.

Ashtavakra Gita: Teachings in the Light of Sri Ramana Maharshi
Enter into the profound wisdom of the Ashtavakra Gita, one of the great texts of the non-dual tradition, through the illuminating perspective of the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi.
Presented as a dialogue between the sage Ashtavakra and King Janaka, the Ashtavakra Gita points directly towards the nature of the Self and explores some of the deepest questions of spiritual life: Who am I? What is freedom? What creates bondage? What remains when identification with the body, mind, and personality falls away?
In this immersive two-day workshop, Sri M will explore selected teachings from the Ashtavakra Gita in the light of Sri Ramana Maharshi, whose simple yet profound approach to Self-enquiry directs the seeker inward towards the fundamental root of one's awareness:
