Step into the timeless wisdom of one of India’s profound spiritual traditions as Sri M shares insights into the Ancient Nath Tradition and its practical expression through Kriya Yoga.
The Nath tradition has preserved a practical science of inner transformation for centuries, emphasising direct personal experience, disciplined spiritual practice, breath awareness, meditation, and the exploration of higher states of consciousness. Through the guidance of realised masters, these teachings continue to inspire seekers towards greater clarity, inner tranquillity, compassion, and spiritual growth.
During this immersive three-day workshop, Sri M will explore the philosophy, history, and practical essence of the Nath tradition, making its ancient wisdom accessible and relevant to contemporary life. Drawing upon his spiritual journey and his association with the Himalayan masters, Sri M will explain how authentic yogic teachings and practices can be integrated into daily living.
Participants will explore the foundations of Kriya Yoga and gain a deeper understanding of the principles underlying these transformative practices. The workshop will place equal emphasis on understanding the teachings and applying them sincerely in everyday life.
Alongside the discourses, Sri M will guide participants through Kriya Yoga practices and contemplative disciplines designed to cultivate stillness, self-awareness, inner balance, and spiritual attentiveness.
The workshop will also include a Dhuni meditation, offering participants an opportunity to sit in contemplation in the presence of the Dhuni, the Sacred Fire traditionally associated with yogic practice, purification, and inner transformation. The Dhuni session will provide a quiet and reflective setting in which participants may deepen their awareness and absorb the essence of the teachings.
Participants who are sincere to follow the teachings may also have the opportunity to receive Kriya Yoga initiation from Sri M, while existing Kriya practitioners would be guided in reviewing and deepening their practice under Sri M’s guidance.
This educational workshop welcomes sincere seekers from all backgrounds, whether they are new to the teachings or have been following a spiritual path for many years. The programme aims to advance public understanding of authentic yogic philosophy and practice while encouraging holistic well-being, mindful living, self-discipline, and inner transformation.
Join us for three inspiring days of teachings, Kriya Yoga practice, contemplation, and self-discovery as we explore the living wisdom of the Ancient Nath Tradition and its enduring message of inner freedom, conscious living, and universal harmony.
