In the midst of modern life, stress and mental restlessness can deeply affect our physical, emotional and psychological well-being.

ShantaM is a gentle and holistic yoga programme designed to help cultivate calmness, balance, clarity and inner peace through authentic yogic practices and timeless wisdom.

Through guided practices and practical insights from the teachings of Sri M, participants will explore ways to manage stress, calm the nervous system, release emotional tension, and develop greater awareness in everyday life.

Session Recordings: All sessions will be recorded, and participants will have access to the recordings for 30 days following the programme to facilitate catch-up and ongoing practice.

Open to all aged 14 and above, regardless of background or prior yoga experience. Whether youre a beginner or a regular practitioner, this course offers tools to enhance your overall health, vitality, emotional harmony and spiritual growth.
